Exchanges & Returns
At Eicgo, your satisfaction matters most. We want you to shop with peace of mind, knowing that if something doesn’t work out, we’ll help make it right.
1. 45-Day Satisfaction Promise
Every order is backed by our 45-day guarantee. From the day your package is delivered (per the carrier’s scan), you may request a return or exchange.
- Not what you expected / changed your mind → Eligible if the product is unused, in original condition, with all packaging and accessories intact.
- Defective, damaged, incorrect, or missing item → We’ll replace or refund for you.
Tip: Hold onto the packaging until you’re sure you love your purchase.
2. Eligible & Ineligible Items
We accept returns for:
- Unused, undamaged items in their original packaging.
- Products delivered defective, damaged, or incomplete.
- Wrong size, style, or variant received.
We cannot accept returns (unless faulty):
- Items showing wear, use, or alteration.
- Consumable components (filters, pads, etc.) once opened.
- Clearance / final sale items clearly marked as non-returnable.
- Digital products or gift cards.
- Requests placed more than 45 days after delivery.
3. Return Shipping Responsibility
- Our fault (defect, damage, wrong/missing item): We cover return shipping.
- Customer choice (change of mind, wrong size ordered, wrong address provided, package refused): Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
We do not charge any restocking fees.
4. How to Begin a Return
Please contact us before sending anything back to ensure proper handling.
Email: support@eicgo.com with:
- Your order number (#5886N-xxxx)
- Reason for the return or exchange
- Photos or short video (if defective, damaged, or missing part)
Next steps:
- Our support team will confirm eligibility and share the correct return instructions (our warehouses vary, so the address may differ).
- Repack the item securely with all original packaging and accessories.
- Use a trackable shipping method and keep the receipt.
Once received, we’ll inspect and process your request.
5. Refunds
- Method: To your original payment method.
- Timing: Typically 5–10 business days after inspection; your bank or provider may need additional time.
- Partial refunds: If an item is incomplete, damaged, or not returned in original condition, a partial refund may apply. We’ll notify you before processing.
6. Faulty or Wrong Deliveries
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect order, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number, a brief description, and supporting photos/videos. We’ll arrange a replacement, missing part, or refund at no cost.
7. Exchanges
Need another size, color, or style? Contact us first. Depending on availability, we’ll either help you place a new order or arrange a direct exchange.
8. Order Changes & Cancellations
- Before shipment: Contact us promptly. Orders not yet shipped can be modified or cancelled.
- After shipment: Orders cannot be cancelled. If undeliverable, they’ll be handled under this policy.
9. Undeliverable Packages
If a parcel is returned to us due to refusal, an incorrect address, or being unclaimed:
- We can reship (customer pays reshipping cost), or
- We can issue a refund minus outbound shipping costs (if applicable).
10. Bundles, Sets & Free Gifts
- Bundles/sets must be returned complete. Partial returns may result in partial refunds.
- Free gifts or promotional items linked to your order must also be returned, or their retail value may be deducted.
11. Warranty (If Applicable)
Certain products may include a limited warranty for manufacturing defects (see product details). This does not cover normal wear, misuse, or accidental damage.
