Order & Shipping
At Eicgo, we want your shopping experience to be smooth from checkout to delivery. This policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and tracked.
1. Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with your order number (e.g., #5886N-3900) and details.
- When your order is shipped, you’ll get a separate confirmation email with tracking information.
2. Shipping Costs
- Free Shipping: All orders of $69 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
- Flat Rate: For orders under $69, a flat shipping fee of $5.99 will apply.
- Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.
3. Shipping Timeframes
- Standard shipping: Most orders are delivered within 7–15 business days, depending on your location.
- Delays: Customs inspections, high-volume seasons, or unforeseen events (such as weather disruptions) may occasionally extend delivery times.
4. Tracking Your Order
- After your package has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
- Tracking updates usually appear within 1–3 business days after dispatch.
5. Customs & Duties
- International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, or fees imposed by local customs.
- These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
6. Address Accuracy
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays or result in undeliverable packages. Eicgo is not responsible for losses due to customer-provided address errors.
7. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to refusal, being unclaimed, or an incorrect address:
- We can resend the package (customer covers reshipping cost), or
- We can refund the order amount minus outbound shipping fees (if applicable).
8. Order Cancellations & Modifications
- Orders can be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet shipped.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. If needed, you may return the order after delivery according to our Exchanges & Returns Policy.
9. Shipping Regions
We currently ship to most regions worldwide. If your location is not available, the checkout process will notify you before completing your order.
